About the NLTCC Library
The NLTCC Library is an online library. From this page, you can access all the resources we have to support you in your studies.
We have tutorials to show you how to access and effectively use the library's resources. We even have program guides to help you find resources specific to your program of study. Because our resources are available online, you can access them 24/7 from any internet connected device.
The library's collection consists of electronic books, journals, images, and maps, as well as newspaper articles. The NLTCC Library is a member of LOUIS. LOUIS is a consortium of private and public academic libraries and is supported by the Louisiana Board of Regents.
Research assistance is available from a professional librarian. Library instruction is offered for all courses.

The NLTCC Library is committed to reinforcing the College's mission in "...[providing] high-quality academic, workforce training, and transfer opportunities through the delivery of associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates that inspire students to enter today's competitive global workforce."
The NLTCC Library strives to meet the following goals to successfully serve the College's information needs:

- Teach information literacy to all library users through classroom instruction and/or program engagement.
- Promote literacy to students to encourage lifelong learning and critical thinking in today’s competitive global economy.
