Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College (NLTCC) extends its appreciation to Bonvenu Bank for its generous donation supporting the establishment of a new student food pantry at the college’s Shreveport Campus.
The pantry, led by NLTCC Counselor Debbie Washington, will provide free, nonperishable food items to students facing food insecurity. The initiative aims to reduce the financial strain on students and ensure that access to food does not become a barrier to their education.
The donation was presented by Angela Finley, HR Specialist at Bonvenu Bank. In addition to its financial contribution, Bonvenu Bank will place collection bins at its branches throughout the year to encourage donations of nonperishable food items for the pantry.
“We truly appreciate Bonvenu’s generosity and commitment to supporting our students and community,” said Mrs. Washington. “We look forward to building this partnership and collaborating on future opportunities that will make a lasting and meaningful difference.”
NLTCC thanks Bonvenu Bank for its commitment to supporting students and making a positive impact in the community.
