Certified Nursing Assistant
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program at Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College prepares students for entry-level healthcare careers in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and home health settings. Training includes patient care, medical terminology, healthcare safety, clinical skills, and hands-on clinical experience to prepare students for nurse assistant certification and employment in healthcare environments. Students are eligible to sit for the Certified Nursing Assistant Exam after successful completion of classroom and clinical components.

Cost: $1225 (this includes the certification exam cost)
Pre-requisites: Must be 16 years old
